Motion approving a supply agreement for backfill sand in accordance with Bid
Invitation No. B1-0053-96 with LOGO Materials, Inc., Corpus Christi, Texas based
on Iow total bid for an estimated annual expenditure of $65,800. The term of the
contract shall be for twelve months with an option to extend for up to an additional
twelve months subject to the approval of the supplier and the City Manager or his
designee. The sand is used by the Utility Departments as backfill material for
underground utility lines. Funds have been budgeted by the Utility Departments in
FY 95-96.
