Motion approving a supply agreement for approximately 960 tons of crushed
limestone in accordance with Bid Invitation No. B1-0079-96 with Alamo Concrete
Products, Ltd., Corpus Christi, Texas based on the basis of an only bid for an
estimated annual expenditure of $19,440. The term of the agreement shall be for
twelve months with an option to extend for up to an additional twelve months
subject to the approval of the supplier and the City Manager or his designee. This
material will be used by the Wastewater, Water and Gas Departments. Funds are
budgeted in FY 95-96 by the using departments.
