Motion approving a supply agreement for photographic film and development in
accordance with Bid Invitation No. B1-0108-96 with Picture Express Photo Lab, Inc.,
Corpus Christi, Texas on the basis of an only bid for an estimated annual
expenditure of $39,500. The term of the agreement shall be for twelve months with
an option to extend for up to an additional twelve months subject to the approval of
the supplier and the City Manager or his designee. Funds are budgeted in FY 95-96
by the using departments.
