Motion authorizing the City Manager to execute an amendment to Contract No.
C6000165 with the Texas Department of Health in the amount of $289,485.79 and
providing for the Bureau of Nutrition Services for fund group nutrition education,
individual counseling and to prescribe food at no cost to individuals identified as
having nutritional deficiencies and/or nutritional risk during the period October 1,
1995 to March 31, 1996.
