Motion approving a supply agreement with Pencco, Inc., Bellville, Texas for
approximately 2,000,000 gallons of ferrous sulfate in accordance with Bid Invitation
No. B1-0122-96 based on Iow bid of $453,000. The term of the contract will be
twelve months with an option to extend for up to two (2) additional twelve month
periods. This chemical will be used by the Wastewater Department for odor control
at various treatment locations. Funds have been budgeted by the Wastewater
Department for FY 95-96.
