Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute an agreement with
Gulf Coast Council of La Raza, Inc. to provide $297,260 from the FY95 CDBG
Program to construct a building adjacent to the current runaway shelter and to bring
the shelter in ADA compliance.
