Motion authorizing the City Manager to execute, on behalf of the City of Corpus
Christi, an agreement with the Corpus Christi Downtown Management District in the
amount of $100,000, with the term of the agreement to commence August 1, 1995
and to continue through July 31, 1996 for assistance in downtown development and
redevelopment activities.
