MOTIONS - 3/5/96
Motion authorizing the City Manager to execute an agreement in connection with
City of Corpus Christi v. Riddick, No. 91-7104-G, 319th District Court, Nueces
County, Texas, whereby the City immediately pays to the landowners the amount
of $20,602, in consideration of the City's right to immediately enter the property and
construct utility line relocations and roadway improvements to Ocean Drive while
condemnation proceedings are being concluded, such amount to be deducted from
the final award made in such case.
