MOTIONS - 3/19/96
Motion approving the assignment of two full maintenance contracts for two landfill
garbage compactors from the Conley-Lott-Nichols Company to Compaction
America, Inc., to provide all maintenance services under the same terms and
conditions and fees as provided under the original contracts for the remaining of
each of the contract terms.
