Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute Amendment No. 4
to the Contract for Engineering Services for the Whitecap WW-I-P Expansion which
provides for changing the name of the engineering firm to Shearer, Coym & Rehmet
Engineering Company and authorizes an increase in the contract in the amount of
$150,000 to provide a resident project representative at the construction site.
