MOTIONS - 3/26/96
Motion approving a supply agreement with Rio Linda Chemical Co., Sacramento,
Ca. for approximately 314 tons of Technical Grade - Sodium Chlorite Solution - 37%
in accordance with Bid Invitation No. B1-0121-96 based on Iow bid of $307,720.
The term of the supply agreement will be twelve months with option to extend for
up to two (2) additional twelve months subject to the approval of the supplier and
the City Manager or his designee. This chemical will be used by the Water
Department for treatment of our water supply. Funds have been budgeted in FY
95-96.
