MOTIONS - 3/26/96
Motion approving a supply agreement with DPC Industries, Inc., Corpus Christi,
Texas, for approximately 1,018 tons of liquid chlorine to be delivered in tank cars
in accordance with Bid Invitation No. B1-0150-96 for an estimated annual
expenditure of $292,675 based on an only bid. The term of the agreement shall be
for twelve months with an option to extend for up to two additional twelve month
periods, subject to the approval of the supplier and the City Manager or his
designee.
