Motion authorizing the City Manager to execute an agreement with Norstan
Communications, Inc. for telephone maintenance services for City Hall, the Police
building, and the Service Center. The three year contract will cost $137,681 with
two optional renewal terms of one year each for $52,728 and $55,680, respectively.
