Motion authorizing the Planning and Development staff to prepare a service plan
for the extension of municipal services to the proposed annexation area and
schedule two public hearings to pursue the annexation of 10.148 acres comprised
of: Wood River Subdivision Unit 1 lA; and a 0.4608 acres of land, more or less, out
of a 400 acre tract and a 205.80 acre tract out of the Mariano L. De Herrera Grant
Abstract 606, Nueces County, Texas, platted as Lot 1, Block 47, the Park at Wood
River Unit 8.
