Motion approving a supply agreement with Van Waters & Rogers, Inc., Corpus
Christi, Texas for approximately 115 tons of potassium permanganate in
accordance with Bid Invitation No. B1-0158-96 for an estimated annual expenditure
of $294,860 based on Iow bid. The term of the agreement shall be for twelve
months with an option to extend for up to two additional twelve month periods,
subject to the approval of the supplier and the City Manager or his designee. Funds
have been budgeted by the Water Depariment in FY 95-96.
