Motion authorizing the City Manager to execute Amendment #2 to the contract for
engineering services with Naismith Engineering in the amount of $19,500 for the
Ground Water Sampling and Analysis Plan (GWSAP) Revision as required by the
Texas Natural Resource Conservation Commission.
