Motion authorizing the City Manager to execute a Multiple Use Agreement with the
Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) to permit the construction,
maintenance, and operation of a temporary water re-chlorination facility on State
right-of-way, Park Road 22, approximately 1,000 feet from the entrance to the
National Seashore.
