Motion approving a supply agreement with S.S.P. Petroleum, Corpus Christi, Texas
in accordance with Bid Invitation No. BI-0210-96 for approximately 800,000 gallons
of reformulated gasoline; 123,000 gallons of commercial gasoline; and 780,000
gallons of diesel fuel based on total Iow bid for an estimated annual expenditure of
$1,486,321.50. The term of the agreement shall be for twelve months with an
option to extend for up to two additional twelve month periods, subject to the
approval of the supplier and the City Manager or his designee. Funds are budgeted
in FY 95-96 by the using departments.
