Motion awarding a construction contract in the amount of $311,200 to Team
Controls, Inc. for Phase 1 and Phase 2 of the Gas Telemetry Pressure
Monitoring/Control System with the provision that Phase 2 work will be performed
only if sufficient funds are appropriated for that purpose on or after August 1, 1996.
