Commissioner Precinct 2 JOE MCCOMB Commissioner Precinct 4 ORDER FOR RELINQUISHMENT OF RIGHTS ASSIGNED TO NUECHS COUNTY BY THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI BY THE A~REEMENT OF DECemBER ~. 1957 WHEREAS, by an agreement between Nueces County and the City of Corpus Christi ("city"), entered December 5, 1957, the City assigned to Nueces County all the rights of the City to install, use and control the parking facility areas designated as areas numbered 2, 3 and 4, on Exhibit A attached to this order; and WHEREAS, Nueces County and the City mutually agree that relinquishment of the assigned rights by Nueces County back to the City will facilitate the accomplishment of developmental and economic goals ultimately advantageous to the constituents of both governmental entities; NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Nueces County relinquish to the City all of those rights and responsibilities which the City assigned to Nueces County by the agreement of December 5, 1957, as described above, and further the County Judge of Nueces County shall execute such documents as required to accomplish the legal requirements of this order. Agenda Item 2 Agenda Item #8 (c) On motion of Commissioner McComb, seconded by Commissioner Ortiz, the Court voted to accept donations presented to Nueces County; authorize deposit of funds in County Bank Depository and designation of funds to special funds, as presented by the County Auditor, and (g) Approved the monthly revenue reports, as submitted by the County Auditor, in accordance with LGC Section 114.044. See Vol. 28, pages 591-592. n motion of Commissioner Schwing, seconded by Commissioner Ortiz, e Court voted to rescind agreement between Nueces County and the City Corpus Christi concerning parking lots along IH-37 near the old Nueces ounty Courthouse.
