MOTIONS - 6/11/96
Motion approving supply agreements with the following companies for sludge de-
watering polymers in accordance with Bid Invitation No. BI-0070-96 based on Iow
bid for a total of $100,883.08. The term of the contracts will be twelve months with
option to extend for up to two additional twelve month periods, subject to the
approval of the suppliers and the City Manager or his designee. This chemical is
used by the Wastewater Department in the treating of wastewater at the Oso,
Broadway and Allison treatment plants. Funds have been budgeted for FY 95-96.
