MOTIONS - 6/11/96
Motion approving a supply agreement with Uponor Aldyl Company, Shawnee,
Qklahoma for approximately 57,000 feet of 1/2", 1", and 2" polyethylene pipe and
approximately 1,100 polyethylene fittings in accordance with Bid Invitation B1-0211-
96 based on Iow bid for an estimated annually expenditure of $26,601.90. The term
of the contract will be for twelve months with an option to extend for up to two
additional twelve month periods subject to the approval of the supplier and the City
Manager or his designee. Funds have been budgeted by the Gas Department in FY
95-96.
