MOTIONS - 6/11/96
Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute the Contract of
Transfer, Assignment, Subrogation, and Cooperation with the Texas Natural
Resources Conservation Commission (TNRCC) which provides for TNRCC to
reimburse the City $17,894 for expenditures incurred to perform environmental
mitigation activities at the old RTA Bus Facility in Corpus Christi.
