Motion approving the submission of a grant application in the amount of $573,280
to the U.S. Department of Justice, Bureau of Justice Assistance, for funding eligible
under the Local Law Enforcement Block Grants Program and authorizing the City
Manager to execute the application and designating the Chief of Police as the
official representative ofthe City. Grant funds would be used to procure mobile data
terminals and automated vehicle locations for Police units.
