Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to enter into an agreement with
the Texas Natural Resource Conservation Commission (TNRCC) to accept a
$380,000 Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) grant for the Richter Channel
Water Quality & Capacity Improvements Project. This will supplement $253,333 in
City funds resulting in a total project cost of $633,333 for the Richter Channel Water
Quality and Capacity Improvements Project.
