Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute a five year lease
with a five year option to renew with the Corpus Christi Independent School District
for the City use of Booker T. Washington School for meal preparation and
distribution for senior citizens. As consideration, the City will pay all utilities and
perform routine maintenance.
