Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute a contract with
Alliance Flexible Benefits Group for Internal Revenue Code Section 125,
Administration (Cafeteria Plan) for four years. This contract is for the following
estimated amounts per year:
Year One Year Two Year Three Year Four
$27,050 $26,050 $26,050 $26,050
This is in accordance with Proposal No. BI-0245-96.
