MOTIONS - 7/23/96
Motion authorizing the City Manager to execute an escrow agreement with Texas
Department of Transportation (TxDOT) in the amount of $2,261,882.39 with
$758,900 being the City share of the Roadway Improvements and $1,503,882.39
as the estimated cost of utility (water and wastewater) relocations, replacements,
adjustments and related administrative costs associated with the Holly Road Phase
II Street Improvements Project.
