Motion approving a supply agreement with the following companies for the following
amounts for 2,371 cold water displacement type and turbine type water meters in
accordance with Bid Invitation No. BI-0141-96 based on Iow bid for a total estimated
annual expenditure of $113,250. The term of the contracts will be for twelve months
with options to extend for up to two additional twelve month periods subject to the
approval of the suppliers and the City Manager or his designee. Funds have been
budgeted by the Water Department for FY 96-97.
