Motion authorizing the City Manager to execute an agreement with TRI-STAR
Development Company, William B. Pruett, Jr., President, in an amount of
$105,485.33 to defer construction of related street and drainage improvements
required for San Marin, Block 1, Lots 1 and 2, per the final plat approved July 9,
1996.
