Motion to ratify the Metropolitan Planning Organization's (MPO's) agreement with
Parsons, Brinckerhoff, Quade & Douglas, Inc., in the amount of $599,097.22 to
conduct a travel survey which will be used to update travel demand models for the
urban area. The contract was negotiated and will be executed on behalf of the
MPO.
