Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to accept a grant in the amount
of $142,319 and to execute a contract and all related documents with the Texas
State Library for the continued operation of the regional Interlibmry Loan Center
located at Corpus Christi Public Library for state fiscal year 1996-97.
