Motion approving a supply agreement for armored courier service with Horacio
Ortiz Independent Security Consultants, Inc., Corpus Christi, Texas, in accordance
with Bid Invitation No. B1-0235-96 based on Iow bid for an annual total of $36,900.
The term of the contract shall be for twelve months, with an option to extend for up
to two additional twelve month periods, subject to the approval of the supplier and
the City Manager or his designee. Funds are budgeted for FY 96-97 by the using
departments.
