Motion approving a supply agreement with G & A Environmental, Corpus Christi,
Texas for quarterly groundwater monitoring analysis for J.C. Elliott Landfill in
accordance with Bid Invitation No. B1-0007-97 based on Iow bid for an estimated
annual expenditure of $21,560. The term of the contract will be for twelve months
with an option to extend for up to two additional twelve month periods subject to the
approval of the supplier and the City Manager or his designee. Funds have been
budgeted by Solid Waste Services in FY 96-97. (Attachment # 12)
