Motion appointing Mrs. Elia Gutierrez as the lay representative and advisory council
member for the City of Corpus Christi to the South Texas Library System for a
three-year term ending August 31, 1999. The individual represents the interest of
the City in administration of the South Texas Library System, a Federal and State
Grant Program funded through the Texas State Library. (Attachment # 20)
