Motion approving a supply agreement for approximately 16,834 tons of flexible base
caliche in accordance with Bid Invitation No. BI-0213-96 with Love Enterprises,
Robstown, Texas based on Iow bid of $100,856.50. The term of the contract will
be twelve months with option to extend for up to two additional twelve month
periods subject to the approval of the supplier and the City Manager or his
designee. This material will be used by the Street and Utility departments. Funds
have been budgeted in FY 96-97 by using departments.
