Motion awarding a contract in the amount of $143,852 to ECS Construction for ADA
modifications at seven (7) City-owned facilities to bring high use City-owned facilities
into compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Article 9102 of
the Texas Civil Statutes, Elimination of Architectural Barriers Program.
