Motion authorizing the City Manager to execute an employment agreement with the
law firm of Hunt, Hermanson, McKibben and English to represent the City in Hal
Suter et al v, The Corpus Christi Bay Area Business Alliance et al, at an hourly rate
of $125, not to exceed $25,000.
