Motion authorizing Planning and Development staff to prepare a service plan for the
proposed annexation area and schedule two public hearings to pursue the
annexation of the 6.481 acre tract platted as Wood River Subdivision Unit 14A out
of a 205.80 acre tract out of the Mariano L. De Herrera Grant, Abstract 606 said
205.80 acre tract conveyed by Bess L. Hurd, et vir., to Nina G. Stewart by deed
dated August 29, 1940 and recorded in Volume 261, Page 235, Deed Records of
Nueces County, Texas.
