Motion authorizing the City Manager, or his designee, to execute and extend a five
year agreement with Texas A & M University -Corpus Christi's Conrad Blucher
Institute and the Center for Coastal Studies to continue to collect, manage and
analyze salinity and other environmental data from three monitoring stations in
Nueces Bay in order to comply with the Texas Natural Resource Conservation
Commission's 1995 Agreed Order on freshwater inflows for the Nueces Estuary;
and approving the expenditure of $52,847.00 for the first year's cost for these
services.
