Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to accept a grant in the amount
of $750,268 and to execute contract change No. 4 to Contract No. 7460005741-97
with the Texas Department of Health for public health services, including
immunization and laboratory services, during the period September 1, 1996 to
August 31, 1997.
