Motion formally requesting the Lavaca Navidad River Authority (LNRA) to proceed
with the steps necessary to finance and construct the LNRA portion of the Lake
Texana - Corpus Christi pipeline to coincide with the schedule for the financing and
construction of the Nueces River Authority portion of the project.
