Motion authorizing the City Manager, or his designee, to execute an agreement with
the Corpus Christi Chamber of Commerce, now known as the Greater Corpus
Christi Business Alliance (Alliance) to purchase the Alliance's interest in the East
half of Block 12, Water Beach Addition for $350,000 and conveyance of the City's
right to lease the Alliance building under the City's Real Estate Purchase Agreement
with the United States of America through the General Services Administration
(GSA), subject to the GSA closing on the purchase of property from the City.
