Motion approving a five year agreement for a Central Copy System from Xerox
Corporation. The agreement consists of the five year lease-purchase of nine mid
volume copiers and one high volume copier, lease of one high speed printer /
copier, one color copier, and one production publisher; the rental of two Iow volume
copiers; and maintenance and supplies for the equipment. Basis for award is the
cooperative purchasing program through the State Purchasing and General
Services Department. The estimated annual expenditure is $240,000.
