Motion authorizing City Manager or his designee to execute a contract with
Resource Technologies Corporation (RTC) for the construction of a landfill gas
extraction, gathering and conversion facility in consideration of the City's exclusive
grant of landfill gas at the premises to RTC and payment to the City of a percentage
of gross sales of energy. The term of the agreement is 10 years from the effective
date with an option to extend for up to three consecutive 5-year periods subject to
the City Manager's approval.
