Motion authorizing the City Manager or designee to execute a contract with Creative
Presentations, Inc. for the lease of the exhibit Backyard Monsters at a monthly rate
equal to 50 percent of the total exhibit attendance revenue with a guaranteed
minimum of $40,000.
