Motion approving a supply agreement with Van Waters and Rogers, Corpus Christi,
for approximately 17,688 pounds of calcium hypochlorite in accordance with Bid
Invitation B1-0041-97 on the basis of Iow bid, for an estimated annual expenditure
of $21,198.24. The term of the agreement shall be for twelve months with an option
to extend for up to two additional twelve month periods, subject to the approval of
the supplier and the City Manager or his designee. Funds are budgeted in FY 96-
97 by the Water, Wastewater and Park and Recreation Departments.
