Motion approving a supply agreement for medical supplies including approximately
76 cases of bandages, 89 cases of syringes, 41 cases of hazardous waste
containers, etc. in accordance with Bid Invitation No. B1-0005-97 with United
Medical Supply, Corpus Christi, Tx. based on Iow bid for an estimated annual
expenditure of $23,563.08. The term of the agreement shall be for twelve months
with an option to extend for up to two additional twelve month periods, subject to the
approval of the supplier and the City Manager or his designee. Funds are budgeted
in FY 96-97 by the Health Department.
