Motion approving a supply agreement for the purchase of resin and foamer
materials from Cover Foam Services, Inc., to provide Alternate Daily Cover at the
J.C. Elliott Landfill. The purchase price of the resin and foamer materials is
$180/drum and $800/drum respectively, for an estimated annual cost of $300,000.
The Supply Agreement is for one year with an option to extend for two additional
one year periods.
