Motion approving a supply agreement with Fairbairn Electric, Inc., Corpus Christi,
for lamped traffic control device inspection, lens cleaning and light bulb
replacement, in accordance with Bid Invitation No. BI-0042-97, for Street Services
Department, based on the Iow bid of $33,200. The term of the contract is twelve
months with option to extend for two additional twelve month periods, subject to the
approval of the contractor and the City Manager, or his designee. Funds for this
service are budgeted in the 1996-97 Budget.
